• Design end-to-end user flows for high-stakes processes like medication administration, inventory tracking, compliance, and escalation • Translate technical and clinical concepts into intuitive, safe user experiences • Create wireframes, interaction models, and prototypes that prioritize clarity and accuracy • Conduct and synthesize user research with caregivers, administrators, and operators • Design for users with a wide range of technical and clinical fluency • Partner closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and ready for implementation • Contribute to and evolve a pragmatic design system in Figma • Bring structure and focus to workflows where timing, compliance, and safety are critical
