• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including pre-award, award, modifications, execution, compliance, and closeout • Review, interpret, and advise leadership on prime contracts, subcontracts, contract modifications, NDAs and Teaming Agreements • Serve as the lead and point of contact for all C. Mack Solutions contractual matters, both internally and externally • Develop and maintain working relationships with our government Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), and our teaming partners to facilitate collaborative solutions and contracting opportunities • Own our GSA and other contract vehicle management, audits, and associated reporting requirements • Support the management of Joint Venture (JV) and Contract Teaming Agreement (CTA) structures, including compliance, invoicing relationships, and reporting • Ensure company compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR), DFARS, and small business regulations • Review and provide guidance on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), and general support for capture and proposal teams • Support program and finance teams with contract setup, funding tracking, deliverables, and reporting requirements • Monitor contract performance to ensure our teams exceed requirements and deliver on schedule • Identify and mitigate contractual and organizational risks through proactive review and analysis of terms and conditions • Maintain organized and compliant contract files in accordance with company and government standards
