• Lead the creation of epics, features, and complex user stories, ensuring clear acceptance criteria, data logic, and configuration details. • Independently investigate complex data anomalies across large, interconnected datasets (claims, EHR data, risk/quality measures, etc.). • Serve as a Scrum Master–type leader for the Core development pod. • Manage team throughput, identify dependencies and risks, and proactively remove blockers. • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned features—from discovery through requirements, development, testing, release, and adoption. • Define and execute functional, integration, and regression testing for new product functionality. • Produce high-quality documentation, including workflow diagrams, data transformation logic, and user guides.
