Job Description

• Manage medium to large, full-lifecycle turnkey projects, reporting financials, controlling budgets, streamlining operational functions, and resolving project issues, while meeting stringent deadlines • Project Management tasks to include proposal development, management of resources, project budgets and forecasting, and schedule management throughout to project closure • Develop and manage a detailed traditional project schedule and work plan • Estimate Proposal budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements • Provide project presentations to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and estimates to complete • Create and maintain strong federal customer relationships • Observe and inspect construction activities to ensure project requirement compliance and established quality and safety standards are met

Job Requirements

  • Ten (10) years of project management experience overseeing full lifecycle of medium to large complex multi-year EPC projects within the commercial/industrial construction space (preferably with USACE)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an ABET-accredited program
  • Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
  • Experience and understanding of commercial/industrial infrastructure design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction processes.
  • Knowledge and experience with:
  • Electrical and Mechanical contracting.
  • Electrical distribution and mechanical cooling systems.
  • Evaluating process piping and refrigeration diagrams.
  • Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD’s).
  • Communication network diagrams.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification / Certified Construction Manager (CCM) / Certified Professional Constructor (CPC)
