• You will drive the revenue cycle from billing through collections, while acting as the business owner of tenant billing • This includes articulating complex billing concepts to late paying customers through customer contacts via phone, email, and demand letters while negotiating payment plans to clear aging debts • You will manage aging reports and minimize overdue receivables • You will relentlessly look for improvements in financial and operational areas to maximize the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes • You will optimize billing statements for comprehensibility, accuracy and customer experience • In this role you will work closely with the technology, finance, legal and tenant teams • You will be the master of your work destiny, while having autonomy and ownership over roadmaps, KPIs, priorities, and initiatives for the portfolio management team • You will have direct access and dialogue with C level executives and founders • You will drive the systemization and automation of the program, including leveraging technology where available
