Job Description

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's compensation programs • Work as a business partner to leadership on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation and job evaluation • In partnership with the benefits broker, manage the development and administration of the company's benefits programs • Manage and oversee annual Total Rewards initiatives and objectives • Collaborate with external contacts on contracts, design work and implementation of the various benefits and compensation programs • Responsible for compliance and financial reporting requirements of the health & welfare, compensation, and retirement programs • Provides leadership and support to Total Rewards team through effective objective goal setting, delegation, and communication • Partner with HRIS team to maintain compensation and benefits platforms in Workday

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Eight (8) or more years of combined, progressive experience in Compensation and/or Benefits positions, including demonstrated experience with design, model and implementation total reward programs
  • Two (2) or more years of managerial experience
  • Strong working knowledge of benefit regulations, market trends, and program design
  • Maintains working knowledge of legislation that may affect compensation and benefits policies/practices, including ACA, ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage different aspects of a project, prioritize to deadlines and deliver high-quality results on time
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced command of Excel and strong proficiency with PowerPoint for creation of complex presentations
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence results across all levels of the organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills that include a demonstrated ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audiences
