Job Description
• Responsible for the leadership and day-to-day operations of bases in a defined area within the region.
• Coordinate clinical, aviation, and maintenance services to optimize operational, safety, and financial targets.
• Manage base activities to ensure each base is staffed and achieves maximum in-service availability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Centers of Excellence peers in Clinical, Maintenance, Safety, Aviation, and Sales.
• Responsible for oversight of operational and financial performance across assigned bases.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of related work experience in clinical, aviation, maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred.
- Strong leadership background.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of collaboration at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to multitask efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage revenue and budgets.
- Demonstrated computer skills including Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
