Job Description
Job Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar AECO fields
- 5-7 years of Subcontractor, General Contractor, and/or Owner/Developer industry experience
- General knowledge of ERP systems prevalent in the construction industry
- Comprehensive understanding of costing mechanisms including Budgeting, Pay Applications/Requisitions, Change Management, and Forecasting
- Thorough understanding of Construction Project Lifecycles
- Ability to coordinate effectively when multiple project priorities conflict and provide viable solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
