Job Description

• provide remote monitoring services to help support patients as they progress through their home-exercise therapy program • direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through our technology platform • provide ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress outside of the clinic • maintain necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring • assist with improving processes and functionality of the platform • organize and manage a caseload while staying efficient

Job Requirements

2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
Active PTA license in CO, WA or OR
Tech Savvy, including having your own newer model laptop and smart phone
Experience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification is a plus
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong relationship-building and listening skills
Demonstrated patient focus; a genuine passion for the user and their experience
Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Eager to make an impact at a young company addressing an important problem
