Job Description
• The Director/Sr. Director – Capital Markets plays a critical leadership role in shaping and executing capital strategy across the growing portfolio of real estate developments
• Partner closely with members of Executive Leadership, Strategic Development, Operations, Legal and FP&A teams
• Optimize capital structure through advanced modeling, liquidity forecasting, and leverage analysis
• Source and negotiate project-specific construction loans, bridge and permanent financing
Job Requirements
- 10–15+ years of progressive experience in real estate investment s, capital markets, corporate finance, structured finance, or investment banking
- Experience in real estate development, construction finance, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries preferred
- Demonstrated success leading complex modeling for real estate investment transactions and negotiations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA or advanced finance degree preferred
