Job Description

• Perform regular carrier rate audits to ensure 100% billing accuracy based on contractual agreements. • Audit customer invoices for invalid charges, including late shipments, voids, duplicate billing, and incorrect accessorials. • Ensure 99% on-time completion of all monthly audits, with results presented to customers within the agreed-upon time frame. • Dispute invalid charges directly with carriers, achieving an agreed‑upon recovery rate on approved claims. • Track and report all customer KPIs and carrier performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement. • Manage a portfolio of 8–12 customers, participating in scheduled calls to review audit results, savings opportunities, and performance trends. • Maintain a professional and responsive relationship with customers and carriers. • Respond to parcel-related inquiries via the help desk within SLT standards, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience; parcel or transportation carrier experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills for audit analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and analytical skills.
  • Key Competencies Analytical precision and accuracy in high‑volume auditing.
  • Strong customer relationship management.
  • Process‑improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Effective cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
