• Manages the design, deployment, operation and auditing of the company’s infrastructure to deliver a reliable, secure environment • Perform necessary team and project administration duties to provide status and communication for all deliverables, issues, opportunities, and questions within the required project timeframes • Support the technical needs of departments throughout the organization so business needs are met • Provides information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by system outage, theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information systems and datacenters • Facilitate the creation, revision, management and support the procedures to ensure business continuity • Manage procedures to efficiently merge acquired companies systems with the corporate systems • Build and maintain an information systems infrastructure for the purpose of supporting and enhancing the company’s business processes • Serve as a point person to help ensure teams are producing procedures pertaining to infrastructure creation, maintenance, general support, risk management and business continuity planning • Provide managerial guidance to team members to complete their assigned duties and meet or exceed expectations. • Work with the leadership team to provide appropriate resources to accomplish objectives • Serve as an escalation point for issues; provide guidance and resolve issues as necessary • Recruit and retain employees; provide frequent performance and developmental feedback to team members • Develop, manage, report on, and adjust budgets specific to supported teams
