• Triage and respond to privacy requests using client's macro system to address data access requests, opt-out requests, email unsubscribes, privacy policy questions, and general data protection inquiries • Guide users through self-service solutions for account deletion, data downloads, email changes, 2FA issues, and privacy settings adjustments • Process account deletion confirmations - the primary action involving confirming user identity/intent and routing tickets to the daily bulk account deletion queue for processing • Identify and flag regulator requests for immediate escalation to the DPO team • Redirect specialized requests to appropriate teams including Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Copyright, and Legal as needed • Apply appropriate closure protocols for spam, resolved issues, or situations requiring no further action • Maintain appropriate security, confidentiality, and discretion.
