Job Description

• Input, verify, and update data in company databases and systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. • Perform data entry using Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports, maintain spreadsheets, and document information. • Organize, categorize, and file electronic data for easy retrieval by other departments. • Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies. • Respond to data requests from internal teams or external stakeholders. • Assist with maintaining records of communications, reports, and other documents. • Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive information. • Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed, such as managing emails or preparing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of database management systems is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant education is a plus.
