Job Description

We’re a growing team, and as we scale, so does our need to focus on expanding our marketing team. You’ll be joining a people-focused company, and as Product Marketing Manager, you will serve as the bridge between product, sales, and marketing teams, driving go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and demand generation initiatives for our pricing solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions for B2B buyers. THE OPPORTUNITY Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that clearly differentiate Vendavo’s offerings in the B2B pricing, rebates and CPQ SaaS space. Drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and solution updates. Partner with sales teams to create enablement materials, including battlecards, presentations, case studies, ROI calculators, and training programs. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry and buyer persona development to inform product strategy and messaging. Collaborate with demand generation and content marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive product adoption, lead generation, and customer retention Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Act as the internal expert on Vendavo’s products and B2B pricing solutions, providing guidance and insights across the organization. THE SKILL SET BA/BS MBA a plus 3–5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in pricing, CPQ, revenue management, or analytics solutions. Experience marketing to B2B manufacturing, distribution, high tech and/or industrial services verticals strongly preferred. Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles, pricing strategies, and SaaS business models. Proven experience in product launches, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical product concepts into customer-focused messaging. Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
