• Design and implement programs, policies, and practices to support State and Federal program contract compliance • Represent Regulatory Change Management Compliance at meetings with Senior Leadership • Lead strategic Regulatory Change Management team initiatives • Conduct routine monitoring and analysis of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements • Identify impact of regulatory changes to the Company and coordinate necessary impact notifications • Serve as a point of contact for Compliance, Operational and Health Plan partners • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance effectiveness of regulatory change management • Oversee and monitor implementation efforts for state or federal regulatory changes
