Job Description

• Initiating and receiving client calls to address inquiries and provide assistance. • Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested information about our benefits. • Conducting Zoom video calls to present and explain benefits in a clear and engaging manner. • Deliver on-going support to union members by addressing their inquiries, assisting with benefit changes, and facilitating claims processing. • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by periodically following up to review needs, update benefits, and address any changes in their circumstances.

Job Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in scheduling appointments and conducting virtual meetings.
Strong communication skills to explain benefits clearly.
Ability to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
