Job Description

• Initiating and receiving client calls to address inquiries and provide assistance. • Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested information about our benefits. • Conducting Zoom video calls to present and explain benefits in a clear and engaging manner. • Deliver on-going support to union members by addressing their inquiries, assisting with benefit changes, and facilitating claims processing. • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by periodically following up to review needs, update benefits, and address any changes in their circumstances.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling appointments and conducting virtual meetings.
  • Strong communication skills to explain benefits clearly.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
