Job Description
• Own a $3-5m ARR portfolio of AMER-based accounts
• Develop and execute strategic account plans
• Assess account health and implement mitigation strategies
• Work with stakeholders to define measurable value
• Collaborate with teams to drive corrective action
• Lead business reviews focused on ROI and business impact
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities
• Make data-driven decisions for customer outcomes
• Contribute insights to Customer Success global strategy
• Travel ~10% for key on-site meetings and events
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or similar SaaS B2B roles
- Excellent track record on Revenue Retention and expansion targets
- Skills in managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts
- Experience leading executive-level business reviews
- Strong commercial acumen in growth conversations
- Proven track record of driving high customer satisfaction and revenue performance
- Autonomous, high-visibility role experience
- Bonus: Experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, CX, or UX technology
- Bonus: High-growth SaaS or startup experience
- Bonus: Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency
- Bonus: French language proficiency
