Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in life sciences or related field
Demonstrated success leading global, cross-functional, matrixed technical teams
Strong record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets and supporting profitable growth
Experience engaging directly with customers for technical and application development programs
Strong business acumen with P&L management experience and ability to develop/execute commercial strategies
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level customer relationships
Excellence in sales operations including forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM utilization
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking with ability to analyze market trends and competitive dynamics
Experience working with multiple sales channels including direct, distribution, and e-commerce
Proven ability to develop and mentor global teams of technical experts and leaders
Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and divisions globally
Proficiency with sales tools, CRM systems and business analytics
Travel up to 50% required
