• Own the end-to-end user experience across mysupply modules and related platforms, including internal operational tools and external customer applications (e.g., Salesforce-connected experiences). • Define and evolve UX patterns for dashboards, filters, tables, timelines, workflows, and analytics-heavy screens. • Ensure a coherent experience across internal and external users while accommodating different roles, permissions, and use cases. • Advocate for usability, clarity, accessibility, and data trust in product and design decisions. • Design complex data visualizations, dashboards, and KPI views that are scannable, comparable, and decision-oriented. • Conduct pragmatic, lightweight user research with internal users and customer-facing teams. • Partner closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to shape requirements and workflows. • Contribute to and evolve shared design systems, UI standards, and reusable patterns across mysupply and related applications.
