Job Description

• Support Account Managers in day-to-day execution of multiple partner accounts • Deliver exceptional client experience while supporting client success needs • Conduct research to support partnership strategy and engagement • Support report development for account managers • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other customer engagement activities • Execute other administrative activities that may be needed to deliver an exceptional partner experience

Job Requirements

Ability to communicate and present issues and needs clearly
Comfortable talking with customers via phone or email
Flexible to support a variety of tasks and dynamic demands
Have a customer-first mentality and operate with the utmost professionalism
Organized with ability to clearly document and track asks and deliver against known timelines to partners
