Job Description

• Own and optimize our Salesforce and HubSpot ecosystem • Build AI-driven automations across the revenue cycle • Integrate and maintain GTM tools and identify opportunities to streamline workflows • Ensure seamless data flow between Sales and Marketing • Own early-funnel metrics including lead volume, quality, conversion, and segmentation • Build dashboards for visibility into lead sources, progression, and bottlenecks • Build forward-looking forecasting and pipeline health reporting • Create internal tools, dashboards, and repeatable processes to improve effectiveness

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops within B2B SaaS
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Experience supporting vertical SaaS or enterprise sales cycles
  • Demonstrated experience using AI and automation tools
  • Strong understanding of data governance, enrichment, segmentation, and CRM hygiene
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and communicate effectively with executives
