• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles from briefing to offer stage. • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles. • Conduct active sourcing through LinkedIn, Telegram, referrals, and direct outreach. • Collaborate with recruitment agencies when required and manage agency pipelines. • Review, screen, and assess candidates for both skill fit and cultural alignment. • Coordinate interview processes and collect structured feedback. • Manage offer communication and candidate experience. • Maintain accurate data and reporting in Greenhouse. • Track recruitment metrics and contribute to improving hiring efficiency.
