Job Requirements

Management-side California Labor & Employment practice
Strength in wage and hour class actions and PAGA litigation
Active California presence (remote within California supported)
Experience leading complex matters and supervising legal teams
Portable business with continued growth trajectory
Collaborative, team-oriented approach to practice development
Interest in helping build and lead the firm’s California platform
