• Drafting detailed and well-supported motions for attorneys’ fees in both California state and federal courts • Preparing replies to oppositions with strong legal analysis and persuasive rebuttals • Arguing fee motions at hearings, including presenting lodestar justifications and addressing court inquiries • Apply statutory fee entitlement provisions, including requests for multipliers and enhancements • Working with the fee motion support team to collect time records, declarations, and documentation in support of executing assigned motions • Managing and tracking a high-volume docket of deadlines and assignments within the fee motion department • Draft fee motions and fee motion replies to oppositions • Attend fee motion and general hearings in support of the firm • Argue fee motions in court • Independently manage your own litigation caseload • Perform other litigation-related duties and meet firm deadlines
