Job Requirements
- 8 years in rare disease sales and 7 years of professional experience
- 2 years of people management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related field
- Relevant oncology/pharmaceutical/biotech/rare disease industry experience
- Proven communication skills with a well-developed ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Highly adaptable to change
- Strong project management, collaboration and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated stakeholder management and conflict resolution experience
