Job Description
• Maintain production systems across backend services, frontend surfaces, data pipelines, and AI workflows
• Troubleshoot production issues and develop fixes
• Establish a documented "System State" dashboard
• Create operational documentation for reasoning nodes and retrieval logic
• Identify and automate recurring system friction points
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software/support engineering roles
- Proficiency in Python and React
- Deep fluency in LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks
- Familiarity with MongoDB and Azure Cloud environments
- Understanding of AI/LLM systems in production
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and codebases
