• Facilitate the application of the Scrum framework and agile practices within the team • Organize and lead agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective) • Remove impediments and support the team in problem resolution • Monitor progress of activities and ensure delivery commitments are met • Manage backlog and tasks using Azure Boards • Support DevOps management and consultants' capacity planning • Promote collaboration between teams and stakeholders • Ensure the quality, organization, and efficiency of deliveries
