Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud in both administrative and development capacities.
- Strong understanding of AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
- Experience with campaign execution, deliverability monitoring, segmentation, and subscriber management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud Intelligence along with the ability to build custom reports, queries, and automations
- Experience managing support tickets and development requests; ability to prioritize work based on business impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating business needs into technical tasks. Ability to work directly in a client-facing role.
