• Working with clients and insurance carriers to evaluate the best options for commercial lines of insurance on a case-by-case basis • Provide client support and knowledgeable guidance during the policy writing and renewal processes • Prepare and present policy/coverage options and information to clients • Follow documentation policies and procedures to ensure client records are maintained within the client management database • Seasonal flexibility for increased customer traffic • Address day-to-day client matters in a timely manner, including questions and issues surrounding claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates.
