Job Description
• responsible for designing solutions that meet the needs of our existing and potential clients
• consultative sales support function
• work closely with the India-based Director or Manager of Solutions and other IKS teams to develop the right solutions
• participate in assessment studies and consulting engagements with prospective clients
• develop solutions that are technically feasible, operationally efficient, financially attractive, and that the customer will be willing to buy
Job Requirements
- 12+ years in client-facing, managerial, consultative roles in healthcare technology or services
- at least 5 years at a Director Level
- prior experience in revenue cycle consulting
- ability to coach, support, and supervise team members
- innovative thinking, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills
- ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders across geographies
- domestic travel—approximately 60 % of the time, or 3 to 4 days per week.
