Job Description

• responsible for designing solutions that meet the needs of our existing and potential clients • consultative sales support function • work closely with the India-based Director or Manager of Solutions and other IKS teams to develop the right solutions • participate in assessment studies and consulting engagements with prospective clients • develop solutions that are technically feasible, operationally efficient, financially attractive, and that the customer will be willing to buy

Job Requirements

12+ years in client-facing, managerial, consultative roles in healthcare technology or services
at least 5 years at a Director Level
prior experience in revenue cycle consulting
ability to coach, support, and supervise team members
innovative thinking, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills
ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders across geographies
domestic travel—approximately 60 % of the time, or 3 to 4 days per week.
