Job Description

• Analyze end-to-end sales funnel performance, including conversion rates, deal velocity, stage aging, win rates, ACV, ARR, and MRR • Deliver clear, actionable insights on pipeline health, coverage, and sales capacity to support revenue decision-making • Support sales forecasting through pipeline analysis, historical trends, and scenario modeling • Partner with Finance on revenue modeling, capacity planning, quota setting, and ARR/MRR planning • Identify forecast risks and upside early to improve predictability and confidence • Build and maintain self-serve dashboards in Metabase for pipeline, forecast, and revenue reporting • Ensure reporting accuracy and consistent metric definitions in partnership with Analytics • Identify bottlenecks and leakage points in the sales funnel and recommend data-backed improvements • Track the impact of strategic initiatives such as pricing changes, packaging updates, and sales process experiments • Act as a strategic analytics partner to Sales, Analytics, and Finance teams, enabling shared visibility into revenue performance

Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales analytics, revenue operations, business analytics, or a related role
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce and revenue data models
  • Experience working with analytics tools such as Snowflake and Metabase
  • Intermediate SQL skills (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience analyzing ARR, MRR, pipeline, and forecasting metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights
  • Clear communicator who can explain complex metrics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally
