Job Description
• Serves as a point-of-contact for technical HR System issues from HR Service Unit and HR Business Users.
• Troubleshoots system issues and researches solutions to improve system efficiencies.
• Assists with testing and implementing of HR System upgrades or patches.
• Collaborates with Business Users to capture and document requirements for HR System enhancements.
• Maintains awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product development, delivery and support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.
- 4 years - Experience with HRIS system optimization required.
- 2 Years - Project Management experience with demonstrated skills and successes.
- Ability to design business processes and align systems to support customer needs.
- Workday experience preferred.
- Emphasis on Employee Experience and Optimization.
