- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or extensive prior experience in human resources.
- Previous experience as a Senior HR Manager or other HR executive.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
