Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- 12–15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the senior executive level (e.g., Director, VP).
- Proven experience leading HR strategy in complex, dynamic environments (experience in Government Contracting industry or 500+ employee organization preferred).
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling HR operations and infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Highly strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Experience with HR technology platforms (TriNet) and systems implementation is highly desirable.
