• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flows, Capital Account statements, and other manual reports. • Perform cash management responsibilities including cash flow forecasting, distribution calculations, debt management, and capital call preparation. • Perform account analysis, prepare journal entries, and conduct legal entity reviews. • Analyze financial trends in revenue, expenses, accounts receivable, and collections using multiple systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Joint Ventures to communicate financial results to operators and partners. • Serve as a data and analytical partner to clinical, operational, and finance leadership, presenting findings and recommendations to support business strategy. • Prepare audit schedules and respond to internal and external audit inquiries. • Understand, evaluate, and document SOX controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements. • Provide ideas and solutions for process improvements. • Collaborate with leadership on projects to define scope, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery. • Respond to ad-hoc questions and reporting requests. • Facilitate effective meetings, leading discussions with the team, field operators, and JV partners. • Collaborate with outsourced partners (Accenture) to meet operational goals. • Act as a Champion for a designated accounting process (e.g., NCI, Equity Earnings).
