Job Description

• Provide senior leadership for sales execution and long-term business development within DoD Navy and Marine Corps programs. • Reporting to executive leadership, accountable for strategic account development, pipeline health, and alignment of NOBLE’s capabilities with customer mission needs. • Focus on shaping demand, guiding complex customer relationships, and directing opportunity development efforts. • Lead executive-level customer engagement and long-range account planning. • Ensure alignment between customer needs, solution development, and execution capabilities. • Provide strategic input into bid/no-bid decisions and pursuit prioritization.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in DoD business development or federal sales, including senior-level customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated success developing and managing complex, long-term DoD pipelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Prior military service strongly preferred.
  • Extensive experience working with [insert service vertical] program offices
  • Deep familiarity with [insert service vertical] mission areas, systems, and operational environments.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
