Job Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor and change leader to Category Leaders • Provide operational HR oversight across multiple sites • Integrate people strategy with business objectives • Drive measurable improvements in productivity, retention, and engagement • Act as a change leader during organizational initiatives • Deliver clear, consistent multi-site communications for HR programs • Lead complex or multiple simultaneous HR and business-related projects • Coach and elevate HR team performance • Oversee HR execution across sites • Leverage HR analytics and predictive modeling

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree required
MBA strongly preferred
8+ years HR experience with multi-site responsibility
Understands the changing and dynamic workforce landscape in North American manufacturing.
Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically.
Must be willing to work outside of business hours to support all shifts as needed for engagement and leadership visibility.
