• Lead projects from conceptual design through final commissioning and closeout. • Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and performance requirements. • Develop project execution plans, schedules, and cost forecasts. • Manage design reviews, constructability reviews, and risk mitigation. • Direct technical teams across engineering, controls, cybersecurity, and commissioning. • Oversee design integration of complex MEP and BAS/DDC systems. • Ensure compliance with UFC, EM-385, NFPA, ASHRAE, and client standards. • Review and approve submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and sequences of operation. • Manage commissioning, testing, and system turnover documentation. • Manage trade partners and specialty subcontractors. • Track and review subcontractor deliverables. • Monitor construction progress against schedule and budget. • Resolve field conflicts and negotiate win-win solutions. • Manage project budgets, change orders, and earned value. • Support proposal development and cost estimating for new work. • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership. • Present project updates to executive stakeholders. • Cultivate follow-on business opportunities. • Support major proposal efforts and technical narratives.
