Job Description

• Validate source-to-target data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Execute standardized Good / Better / Best validation checklists • Identify data quality issues, discrepancies, and potential risks; escalate findings early • Correct data issues under SME guidance (no independent migration or transformation decisions) • Perform peer reviews of other analysts’ validation work to ensure quality and consistency • Document validation findings, exceptions, and resolutions clearly and thoroughly • Adhere to established validation processes, controls, and delivery timelines

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years professional experience working with data validation and data analysis
Strong data literacy with exceptional attention to detail
Experience working with enterprise-level or relational data environments
Proficiency with Excel
Ability to work effectively within structured, repeatable validation cycles
Clear written communication skills with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Proficiency with SQL (Preferred)
Experience supporting data migrations, system implementations, or large-scale data initiatives (Preferred)
Familiarity with data quality, governance, or audit-style validation frameworks (Preferred)
