• Oversee product development and go-to-market strategy for a new innovative product. • Lead the product development and commercialization strategy for a revolutionary new product area. • Oversee all aspects of the new product, including defining requirements for assays, lab operations, data analysis, and reporting. • Lead a cross-functional product team to drive the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. • Develop and implement forward-thinking product strategies that promote growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation in the high-risk pregnancy market. • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Training teams to deliver product expertise and support key launch initiatives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and collaborators to drive new product adoption and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with R&D, Lab Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support to ensure cohesive product development and execution. • Provide product training and ongoing support to internal teams to enhance product knowledge and execution. • Proactively manage and monitor development and launch milestones, ensuring swift communication and execution.
