• Serve as the primary liaison to heritage Rockwell Collins Ariba stakeholder groups. • Serve as subject matter expert for implementation of Ariba CRE procurement • Develop process for continuous improvement projects to increase system efficiency. • Promote and drive adoption of Ariba tools with subject matter expertise for new site onboarding and ongoing user training. • Maintain training documentation. • Lead root cause/corrective action efforts for break-fix issues and advanced training needs, while maintaining effective communication with impacted stakeholders. • Manage effective system changes/enhancements with the Digital Technology team, SAP Ariba, and impacted stakeholders. • Perform routine and project-related testing.
