Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 - 7 years of experience in digital product design for web and mobile platforms.
- Experience working on B2B platforms or in complex systems.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web languages.
- Experience designing accessible user interfaces for complex applications.
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA Standards.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, design annotations, and interactive prototypes.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
