Job Description

• Responsible for the enterprise-wide design, delivery, and continuous improvement of employee wellness programs • Serve as a strategic partner across the organization to advance wellness initiatives • Ensure wellness programs are effectively integrated with the broader benefits ecosystem • Support the accuracy and integrity of benefits and wellness data • Lead and support enterprise-wide wellness initiatives • Partner in the development and execution of wellness communications and education • Act as a subject-matter partner for employees and leaders • Support the administration and system coordination of leave-of-absence and disability programs • Play a key role in the strategy and execution of the annual open enrollment process • Prepare and deliver benefits and wellness insights and reporting for leadership

Job Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits programs and applicable federal and state regulations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience advancing physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing initiatives
  • Highly developed organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Associate’s degree in HR or related field or experience in place of education
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in benefits administration
  • At least three (3) years’ experience with wellness program design, coordination, administration, and management
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification credential
  • Corporate Wellness Coach Certification
