• Serve as the strategic partner and technology leader for scaling a modern data management platform in support of the commercialization of BeOne’s Oncology and Hematology portfolio • Report to the Director, Channel Data Management • Partner closely with Market Access, Commercial Operations, Business Planning & IT organizations • Leverage deep familiarity with pharmaceutical data and lead continuous technology improvements • Identify innovative ways of provisioning data and key business insights to help the Commercial organization achieve desired business outcomes • Develop strong relationships with data providers and setup a governance structure to review compliance with SOPs and drive continuous improvements • Maintain and expand extensive data quality checklists while securing timely and accurate data from channel partners • Lead vendor relationships and drive vendor partnerships and awareness of business objectives • Collaborate with Market Access team to develop data pipelines from distribution channels • Direct and project manage efforts of the Data Aggregator and their data and analytics platform • Facilitate continuous improvement of existing data design, processes, and templates
