Who you are: Key Responsibilities •Collaborate with your teammates, inspire them and always seek knowledge. •Work with the design, production and technology teams to deliver on project needs. •Build trusted relationships with your teammates through communication and empathy. •Find inspiration and help develop creative concepts with the greater team. •Help refine presentation decks and project details. •Discuss and be eager for feedback on design. Be nimble, and able to pivot. Evaluation: Semi-annual meetings reviewing progress across core responsibilities, professional, and personal goals. Requirements: •3-5+ years of design experience in a high-paced design agency or corporation. •Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience in design and related studies. •Proven organizational, presentation and communication skills. •Hard skills: 2D & 3D design software, animation, and/or interface design ability.
