- AI & Tech Integration:
- Implement and manage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI) to automate and enhance business operations
- Support AI-driven systems for:
- Member Retention & Churn Prediction – Identify at-risk members, automate outreach, and escalate when needed
- Curriculum Tracking & Progress Updates – Monitor attendance, skill progression, and send personalized updates
- Staff Scheduling Optimization – Forecast demand and auto-assign shifts using AI
- 24/7 Sales & Lead Management – Automate lead capture, follow-up, and conversion via SMS, email, and chat
- Performance Dashboards & Insights – Summarize key metrics and provide actionable recommendations
- Cultural Feedback & Exit Intelligence – Gather feedback, suggest morale improvements, and handle cancellation recovery
- Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedules, and email inboxes
- Organize digital files and documents for easy retrieval
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents using AI-enhanced tools
- Communication Management
- Draft and respond to internal/external communications
- Create meeting recaps and AI-generated follow-up summaries
- Manage team notifications and updates across platforms like Slack or Teams
- Project & Task Coordination
- Track tasks and progress using tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
- Conduct online research and summarize insights using AI
- Support project planning and collaboration across teams
- Client Support & Interaction
- Provide prompt responses to client inquiries and escalate when needed
- Use chatbots and AI to improve service quality and speed
- Handle sales-related communication and appointment setting via SMS and email
