Job Description

• Serve as the primary operational partner to assigned Account Managers. • Support Account Managers with partner onboarding, documentation, follow-ups, and internal coordination. • Ensure clear communication between Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and external partners. • Help prepare reports, materials, and data needed for partner conversations and quarterly reviews. • Manage and maintain tools and systems, including automation platforms and sales enablement technologies. • Assist in developing and refining workflows that increase efficiency and reduce friction for partners. • Identify process gaps and proactively recommend improvements. • Support pipeline management activities to ensure accurate data and reliable revenue projections. • Generate and analyze reports and performance metrics to provide actionable insights. • Monitor partner activity and flag trends, risks, or opportunities to Account Managers. • Ensure timely responses and resolution of partner requests. • Help uphold HDM’s Partner Success standards across all communications. • Contribute to maintaining a consistent, professional, and solutions-oriented partner experience.
