Job Description
• Manage your market segment and own prospects from lead to close
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through a mix of outbound and ABM
• Accurately forecast opportunities and participate in pre- and post-mortem deal review
• Conduct high-impact discovery to uncover pain, value drivers, and urgency
• Deliver tailored demos, business cases, and executive level narratives
• Be a customer, industry and product expert, acting as a trusted advisor to build strong relationships with prospects, customers, and partners
• Partner closely with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to continually improve revenue engine
• Provide feedback on messaging, IPC fit, objections, and competitive dynamics
• Attend industry events and tradeshows to build relationships, pipeline, and promote Careflow
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS or relevant sales experience
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Post-acute care experience preferred
- Track record of success in meeting or exceeding quota
- Proven success closing deals between $25K-250K ACV
- Experience with complex industries and multi-stakeholder deal management
- Strong background in self-prospecting and outbound pipeline generation
- A desire to improve your sales skills and business acumen
- Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to win
- Curious and eager to deeply understand our customers business and challenges

- Adaptable; energized by change in a rapidly growing business
