Job Description

• Design • configure • and maintain Pega case management workflows • UI components • and business process automation in alignment with Pega guardrails and best practices • Perform corrective • adaptive • preventive • and perfective maintenance on Pega-based applications • Triage and resolve production defects in Pega applications • Refactor existing Pega implementations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
  • Information Systems
  • Engineering
  • or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of IT experience
  • 5+ years of advanced Pega architecture and development experience
  • Hands-on experience with Pega Platform case management
  • workflows
  • UI configuration
  • data pages
  • decision rules
  • and SLA configurations
  • Experience with Pega class structure design across Work
  • Data
  • and Integration layers
  • Experience with Pega integration services (REST
  • SOAP
  • RDBMS connectors)
  • Working familiarity with SQL Server environments
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipeline concepts
